CPMC has been contracted to provide comprehensive project management services for the development of 79 Terraced Townhouses, encompassing infrastructure, civil works, demolition, and site clearance. The construction works are planned to be procured through two distinct packages: civil works and vertical house construction.

Situated in close proximity to the Middlemore train station, with convenient access to the motorway and just an 8.5km drive from Auckland Airport, the site offers exceptional connectivity. Additionally, the development is adjacent to the Royal Auckland and Grange Golf Club, Walter Massey Park, and Ōtāhuhu Leisure and Pool Centre, providing residents with opportunities for a healthy lifestyle and abundant entertainment.

Civil works are currently underway as of May 2024, with the project anticipated to reach completion by late 2024.
