CPMC was contracted to provide comprehensive project management services for the development of 79 Terraced Townhouses, encompassing infrastructure, civil works, demolition, and site clearance. The construction works were procured through two distinct packages: civil works and vertical house construction.

Situated in close proximity to the Middlemore train station, with convenient access to the motorway and just an 8.5km drive from Auckland Airport, the site offers exceptional connectivity. Additionally, the development is adjacent to the Royal Auckland and Grange Golf Club, Walter Massey Park, and Ōtāhuhu Leisure and Pool Centre, providing residents with opportunities for a healthy lifestyle and abundant entertainment.

Despite the challenges of the project entering receivership and requiring management under statutory oversight, CPMC effectively coordinated all stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery—resulting in a mutually beneficial outcome. The project was completed under budget and two months ahead of an already tight development schedule.

The site required a sophisticated construction methodology due to constrained access, along with seamless contractor integration to navigate the complexities of changing project circumstances.
