Jonathan Williams / Director

Jonathan Williams is a founding Director of CPMC, with 40 years of experience in delivering property related project solutions in having delivered in excess of $3.0 billion of capital projects across the following sectors, industrial, hotels and tourism, commercial, residential, historic buildings and infrastructure.

 Jonathan spent 19 years working in London with construction and project management organisations delivering institutional property before coming to New Zealand, where he spent time as a Director within corporate Real Estate entities JLL and CBRE managing the P&DS business.  Jonathan has also spent 3 1/2 years in India managing the delivery of a portfolio of hotels for a global institutional investor and a significant office building for a global bank.

 Jonathan has developed adaptability and sensitivity to different cultures, customs and practices, and is aware of the important issues that can arise throughout the duration of a projects lifecycle. He has an eye for detail and is passionate about achieving the best project outcomes for clients.

Martin Russell / Director

Martin is a founding Director of CPMC with over 25 years of professional property experience, specializing in development and project management across residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Over his career, Martin has delivered over $2 billion in civil and housing construction projects, with a particular focus on large land subdivisions and terraced housing in recent years.

Martin spent nine years in London working for a distinguished Chartered Surveyor firm, where he was instrumental in various development projects. Upon returning to New Zealand, he further broadened his expertise through roles at the Bank of New Zealand, a leading real estate business, and Goodman Property, before founding CPMC.

His extensive development experience is complemented by his expertise in feasibility analysis, enabling him to evaluate and execute complex projects effectively. Martin's broad network of property professionals, combined with his strong grasp of the property market and high level of contract and legal understanding, ensures he provides outstanding development and project management services.

Tom Lynch  / Associate Director

Tom is our Associate Director with over 20 years of experience in both construction and financial services sectors across New Zealand, the United States, and Ireland.

In his role, Tom will spearhead key projects and provide mentorship and guidance to our staff, leveraging his specialized knowledge in the development and commercial management of high-rise construction projects. His addition to our company marks a significant step forward in driving our growth trajectory.

Max Grigg / Project Manager

Max is our highly regarded Project Manager, providing project management support to the directors on a wide range of development projects. He has proven the capability to manage various projects including residential and commercial projects successfully while showing excellent communication skills and collaborative approach with all stakeholders.

Max holds a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commercethe at the University of Auckland and gained industry experience by working for two large real estate’s services companies prior to joinging CPMC.

Ethan Rom / Project Manager

Ethan is a Project Manager who plays an integral part in the high-quality delivery of a wide range of projects across both the residential and commercial sectors. He has become a valued member of CPMC by providing excellent project management support to the Directors on a wide range of development projects. He has also been successfully managing several projects as a lead Project Manager. His work ethics and critical thinking skills contribute towards the successful project delivery within the cost, time, and quality constraints.

Prior to joining CPMC, Ethan gained property experience at a large real estate services company, and he holds a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland.

Dylan Bowd / Project Manager

Dylan is a Project Manager for CPMC. Dylan provides project management support to the Project Directors on a wide range of residential and commercial development projects. He has also been involved in several construction management projects, taking a pivotal role in delivering the projects successfully. His work ethics and can-do attitude have contributed towards our company’s vast growth as well as his professional growth.

Dylan holds a bachelor of Property at The University of Auckland. During his study, he has gained construction experience while working with an electric company.

Matthew Harris  / Project Manager

Matthew is a Project Manager at CPMC. Matthew’s role is to provide project management support to the Project Directors on a wide range of property developments.

Matthew holds a bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland and his studies have sparked his interest in project and development management. Prior to joining CPMC, Matthew worked in anti-money laundering compliance.

Kianush Haghi  / Assistant Project Manager

Kianush is an Assistant Project Manager who has recently joined CPMC. Kianush’s role is to provide essential project management support to the Project Managers on a wide range of property developments. He holds a Bachelor of Finance and Management degree from the University of Otago. He is keen to learn and explore the project management/development management field in the property industry. His work experience in retail allows him to effectively engage with clients from multiple backgrounds and will be a great addition to the company.

Christina Russell / Business Manager

Christina is our Business Manager. She performs outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including production, human resources, and accounting processes in order to reach high satisfaction from staff as well as our clients. As well as this, Christina helps to implement and execute strategic marketing plans for our fast growing company.

Prior to joining CPMC, she worked in various industries including medical, trades and education industries, and has a broad understanding of organisational needs.
