CPMC was engaged to manage the project Formery including the link bridge, walkthrough, conference suite and wellness centre from 2024 and the project was completed in March 2025. Project Formery, an ambitious development has redefined inner-city workspaces with premium, five-star hybrid office solutions. This transformative project includes the construction of a link bridge, seamlessly connecting two existing properties to create a 15,000 sqm premium-grade office complex. Strategically located adjacent to the City Rail Link's Te Wai Horotiu Station and within walking distance of SkyCity, Formery is set to become a key landmark in Auckland’s midtown regeneration.
CPMC oversaw the construction of the link bridge between 87 Albert Street and 60 Federal Street, integrating Formery West and Formery East into a unified development. The bridge enhances accessibility to the Club Lounge, Wellness Centre, and the premium conference suite. Additionally, CPMC managed the design, consenting, and construction of the walkthrough and conference suite, ensuring a seamless and high-quality outcome.
The project was completed on schedule and under budget, despite a tight timeline and complex design challenges. Importantly, all works were carried out while both buildings remained fully operational, showcasing CPMC’s expertise in stakeholder coordination and seamless project execution.
Another key feature of the development was the Wellness Centre. Despite navigating consenting complexities, the centre was successfully delivered within the project timeline.
