Mountain Vista Estate Housing Development

CPMC has been engaged to provide project management and construction management services for the Mountain Vista Estate development, a five-stage terrace housing and apartment project. Situated in a new, family-friendly neighborhood in South Auckland, the development comprises 155 terraced units and 22 apartments.

CPMC became involved in the project during its early construction phase and successfully delivered the first two stages by the end of 2023, completing construction of 89 townhouses. Currently, the project is progressing smoothly towards the construction of an additional 95 terraced units and 22 apartments.
