CPMC has been engaged to provide comprehensive project management services for the development of 49 residential townhouses and apartments across six architecturally designed blocks. The scope includes infrastructure and civil works, demolition, and site clearance. Construction will be delivered through two distinct contract packages: civil works and vertical building construction.
The development is situated in a private, secure, and modern suburban enclave in Henderson, offering excellent access to retail amenities, public transport, reputable schools, and extensive green spaces. Edmonton Mews will feature 49 two-bedroom homes, each with either 1.5 or 2 bathrooms and private outdoor areas—balconies or yards—with views overlooking the scenic Tui Glen Reserve and the Waitākere Ranges.
As of April 2025, CPMC is managing the design and resource consent (RC) phase, including navigating complex urban design requirements from Auckland Council. Prior to this phase, CPMC successfully supported the development through feasibility analysis, value engineering, and early contractor engagement.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
