Blenheim Childcare Development

Completed in 2019 

CPMC is an award-winning development company with an in-house development and project management team experienced in delivering fast track, high quality property developments. CPMC has a wealth of experience delivering Childcare Centre developments on time and on budget.

As of 2022, CPMC has designed and built seven ECE Centres in collaboration with Collingridge & Smith Architects (CASA) who designed a significant number of centres throughout New Zealand, have won numerous awards included in the Education Category at the annual Property Council of NZ National Awards. Omaka Learning Centre is one of the centres, catering for 80 children in the newly developed area in Blenheim. Completed in April 2019, the 450sqm property sits on 2,290sqm of land in the Omaka Landing subdivision. It features concrete foundations and flooring, timber-framed walls, cedar weatherboard cladding, double glazed joinery and a profiled steel roof. Inside, there are areas catering to specific age brackets, associated sleeping rooms and administrative space. Outside there’s approximately 700sqm of play area and 20 car parks.
