CPMC have been engaged to provide development management and project management services in relation to 122 lot land subdivision and housing development from the land acquisition and master planning process. The site is located in peaceful sought-after suburb on the peninsula, Hobsonville, which is just 23km from Auckland CBD with ferry route nearby. Captain’s Cove is a high end development with sea views and waterfront access.

This project posed unique challenges, including unprecedented wet weather in 2023, unforeseen ground conditions, and additional requirements mandated through Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) and Land Owners Approval (LOA). Drawing upon our in-depth knowledge of the coastal area in Hobsonville Point and leveraging extensive experience to navigate significant risks, CPMC effectively managed and delivered on this project. We attribute much of this success to the outstanding team we had the privilege of working with. The site is looking great with a well-crafted rock revetment, and the roads taking shape seamlessly.

CPMC worked with numerous developers to shape the large areas of Scott Point precinct in order to meet the needs of Hobsonville Point’s growing community, with the strong knowledge of the local market and significant experience with the coastal development in the area.

The project commenced in September 2021 and is completed in 2024.
