Burberry Road Land Subdivision Development

CPMC have been engaged to provide development management and project management services in relation to 157 lot land subdivision and townhouses development throughout the civil construction period for the residential subdivision. This new large residential land subdivision project is in mixed housing urban area in Drury with the resource consent approved. The proposed subdivision involves the construction of 157 townhouses in 46,100 ha land. The project commenced in September 2023. The earthworks are on progress as of March 2024 and the civil works will commence in May.
