Abbotts Way Land Subdivision/Housing Development

Land subdivision is expected to complete in Q1 2024

CPMC have been engaged to provide development management and project management services in relation to 38 residential lots in the heart of busy, buzzing Remuera in Auckland, alongside Koraha Reserve.

CPMC joined the Abbots Way project at consenting stage, when it became apparent development of the tricky, sloping site with ecological areas needed to be handled by professionals. The site’s sloping topography has resulted in a mixture of housing typologies being designed and delivered, including two blocks of five terraced homes, five blocks of duplexes, and 18 freestanding homes. The project truly reflects on CPMC’s tagline ‘Developing Potential’ as we create and unlock value in projects by generating development profits, enhancing investment returns, or delivering successful regeneration.

The project commenced in April 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
